Part-time 0.5 FTE (16.125 hours per week)
This post, represents an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the project assurance team, based in Keele University's Directorate for Research, Innovation and Engagement. The team provides support to academic and professional staff to enable academic projects to be developed and delivered within a risk-managed
framework.
You will be based
in the recently formed Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences research support hub based on the University campus. Your main tasks will be to provide administrative support within the contracts team for contractual and intellectual property processes, updating the contracts management system and reviewing low-risk agreements. You will also arrange meetings, undertake filing, and liaise with external partners.
You will be an integral part of the Project Assurance Contracts team working closely with the other support teams within the hub to deliver timely and effective support for research, teaching and innovation projects. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team which is involved in supporting activity from across the University.
You will possess 4 GCSE's grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications or experience. Previous administration experience in a customer focused environment and maintaining information / data is essential along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team. Previous legal experience is not required and full training will be provided.
