and vocational subjects and promotes world-class research.
This is an opportunity for experienced innovation-focused business leaders to contribute to a unique programme aimed at helping owner-managers and SME leadership teams grow their businesses. Working with cohorts of 20-25 SMEs and entrepreneurs over six month periods, your role will be to support individual participants in developing and realising their plans for innovation and growth, facilitating action learning sets alongside academic contributors. You will use your networks and influence to support the development of a wider regional innovation eco-system, building on the success of Keele University's well established Science and Innovation Park.
This role is advertised as 0.3fte, with flexibility for candidates to offer between 0.3 fte and 0.4fte to the project.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will have previous experience of successfully developing innovation-led businesses and senior teams.
The Mercia Centre for Innovation Leadership (Ref 32R15P00229), and the Entrepreneurs in Residence posts, are part-funded through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the England 2014 to 2020 European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) Growth Programme.
