Job details
This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a team of staff in Keele University's Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences within the School of Pharmacy.
You will be required to provide administrative and secretarial support for the delivery of distance learning postgraduate education programme(s). You will work closely
with the Postgraduate Programme Managers and the Programme Co-ordinators to ensure that all relevant administrative systems that support the programme(s) are in place and operate efficiently and effectively. In addition, you will provide administrative support in respect of the School's pool of casual workers, ensuring they meet the UK Visa and Immigration regulations.
You will possess a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English and an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration/Customer Service, or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience. Recent experience of working in a similar administrative and customer service role is essential along with experience of using Microsoft Office packages .You will be an effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
