Student Learning Support Officer
Job details
As part of its commitment to providing an excellent student experience and the highest level of support, Keele Management School is seeking to appoint a Student Learning Support Officer. You will support the Management School's commitment to providing an excellent student experience and the highest level of support to its students. Reporting to the Director
of Learning and Teaching, you will develop tailored and individual pastoral support for the School's students.
Experience of working with students is required along with strong problem solving and analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. You will ideally be working in Higher Education, with an understanding of learning and teaching and a pastoral support background. You should have significant knowledge and expertise to effectively support student practices and processes.
Flexibility and adaptability are key to this role, as it likely that the role will evolve to meet changing priorities and where necessary you may be required to support other activities as workloads fluctuate. You will share good practice and encourage knowledge exchange between colleagues to continuously improve student support practices.
