Part-time 0.6 FTE
This post represents an exciting opportunity for to join a team of staff in the postgraduate team of Keele University's successful School of Medicine.
You will help to build and develop the capacity and capability of the multidisciplinary teaching staff across the Keele School of Medicine (undergraduate and postgraduate) through the delivery
of high quality, safe and effective teaching and learning programmes, under the direction of the Director of Academic Staff Development. Specific tasks will include delivering a range of PG Certificate modules and leading the Introduction to Medical Education module. Also, delivering a range of academic staff education development courses and assisting with the setting up of a Distance Learning Certificate course.
You will have a degree or equivalent qualification in either education or one of the health professions, together with a PG Cert in Medical Education or equivalent. You will have experience of an administration or management role in HE or the NHS, together with teaching experience in HE or the NHS. Other essentials include excellent communication skills, team working skills and presentation skills.
