CRM, Creative and Content Services Manager
Job details
Based within our Marketing and Communications Directorate there are three main areas of responsibility, the management of our Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) system (currently Hobsons), the management and co-ordination of content being developed for online and print to ensure consistency and the management of the creative services team.
The
primary priority of the role will be the assessment of our CRM system needs, development of our future CRM system direction and strategic management of our CRM activity across the student recruitment cycle. In addition, you will lead on the development of systems and processes to manage content and ensure its effective and efficient use across a range of media for a complex range of audiences is also a key focus of this post.
The role will also involve repositioning the creative services as a proactive and engaged team who input, not only to the design but also the content of both on and off-line publications. You will also involve creative direction from the team and undertake hands on design work alongside the other designers.
